The best thing about giving white bread the boot is that when you do have it, it's like eating cake. Every now and then I buy a loaf and just having a piece of white toast with margarine on it is positively decadent!

Holy CRAP! Whatever that is in the picture looks good. O_O!

Glad to hear you are doing well on changing your eating habits. Most people don't make it a day so you're doing really great.

I have no choice but to eat healthier because my Mom is a health freak and we eat well.

Here are some tips that might help you. You may already know, but I'll tell you anyway. Lolz!

Cut out as much salt as you possibly can. And if you do NEED salt, switch to Sea Salt. It does not hold as much water so if you are worried about weight, you can know eating Sea Salt won’t cause all the water weight. Because some people can have up to 10 pounds of water weight at all times.

Also, instead of white sugar (which is bleached...ew!), you should try whole sugar. It takes awhile to get used too, and it has an odd flavor at first, but after awhile its fine. And when you put it in your coffee you have to stir extra long to make it dissolve. OMG – the pain in doing that is almost unbearable. Lolz!

Drink GOBS of water, more water than ever. Because you are most likely throwing your body into a little bit of a shock without all that sugar and crap going in. You body is also doing a De-Tox and since it’s releasing toxins when doing so, you want to make sure you flush them out. Your Liver, Kidneys, Colon – all these things are pushing them out. The more water you drink, the fast they will get out of your body and the happier you will be.

You should also get a good fiber colon cleanser, to help push out all that crap you really don’t want sitting in there getting reabsorbed. It sounds gross, but it will make you feel 100 million times better.

Anything that says it has High Fructose Corn syrup. KILL IT! You would not believe how much stuff has that in it. And the higher it is on the ingredients list, the more there is in the food. High Fructose Corn syrup = POUNDS. It is one of the unhealthiest things ever. I want to puke when I think about it. Even ‘healthy’ cereals can have it, so watch for it. You can’t cut it out completely, but if you cut out even a little bit, it will help.

If you ARE having a huge craving for SUGAR, have some green tea with honey. Green tea is great because it has antioxidants in it, and the honey will give you your sugar fix, or at least help it. Honey is a natural sugar so it burns off and doesn’t have toxins in it. A+

You may know these things, but if you didn’t there they are. Hope they helped. There is nothing wrong with having something gross once in awhile. It’s good for… your taste buds, you can’t leave them out. X_x! Lolz!
